- Utilize basic office equipment and software to support daily operations.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints by identifying solutions and following through to completion.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Uphold company standards for quality and detail-oriented communication.
- Follow established procedures and guidelines to ensure compliance with company policies.
- Provide feedback to management on recurring issues and customer trends.
- Experience in call center customer service, preferably in a high-volume environment.
- Proficiency in using basic office equipment and software.
