Schedule : Full-Time | No Nights or Weekends

Compensation : $16 / hour + Production & Bonuses

Average First-Year Earnings : $44,500$59,000+ (uncapped production potential)

About the Role

Join Anti-Pesto Bug Killers as a New Start Pest Technician and become the trusted first point of contact for new clients beginning their pest-free journey. Youll conduct detailed inspections, deliver effective treatments, and educate clientsplaying a key role in ensuring peace of mind and healthy environments from day one.

Key Responsibilities

Property Inspection & Risk Assessment

  • Perform detailed inspections of residential and commercial properties.
  • Identify pest types, entry points, and risk factors.
  • Recommend tailored treatment strategies.

Treatment & Application

  • Apply safe, effective pest control methods using approved chemicals and tools.
  • Set traps and deterrents according to industry best practices.
  • Client Education & Communication

  • Clearly explain pest issues and treatment plans to clients.
  • Share preventative tips and follow-up care guidance.
  • Represent the Anti-Pesto brand with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Documentation & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate treatment records and client reports.
  • Submit documentation to both clients and the company in a timely manner.
  • Customer Experience

  • Deliver exceptional service and follow-up care.
  • Respond to client concerns with empathy and problem-solving mindset.
  • Build long-term client trust through reliability and results.
  • Compliance & Safety

  • Adhere to all local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Follow internal safety procedures and best practices for chemical use.
  • Equipment Care

  • Inspect, maintain, and report issues with pest control equipment.
  • Ensure readiness and functionality of all tools.
  • Ongoing Development

  • Stay current on new products, tools, and methods in the pest control field.
  • Participate in company-provided training opportunities.
  • Qualifications

  • Pest control license or certification not requiredtraining provided
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Physically fit and able to work in varied environments
