Contract Compensation : $65-$75 / hour depending on experience (6-month contract to hire)
Conversion Opportunity : Upon successful project completion (May / June 2026), strong potential for conversion to full-time position with target salary range of $130K-$150K annually
Project Duration : Long-term contract through May / June 2026 (Americas rollout completion)
Location : Central Plano, TX (100% on-site required)

About Our Client
Our client is a global leader in access solutions and security technology with operations spanning over 36 countries. They provide innovative security solutions for diverse environments including commercial buildings, hospitality, healthcare facilities, educational institutions, and critical infrastructure. Currently undergoing a major digital transformation initiative called Project ONE, they are consolidating 20+ legacy ERP systems into a unified, cloud-based SAP S / 4 HANA platform to support their expanding global business operations and new operating model across the Americas, EMEA, and Asia regions.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary Americas regional program manager for SAP S / 4 HANA rollout activities across multiple countries
- Manage and lead virtual teams including Country Leads, Change Network roles, and local BA leads throughout the project lifecycle
- Oversee all rollout activities from Analysis phase through Support phase according to the established rollout framework
- Coordinate with global and regional System Integrator teams on timelines, milestones, and deliverables
- Manage regional program budget and execute comprehensive risk management processes
- Document existing business processes and develop detailed business process flow diagrams
- Capture, analyze, and validate requirements from local stakeholders across the region
- Support Country Leads in coordinating data migration, local interface builds, UAT, training, cut-over / go-live, and hypercare activities
- Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques, and provide ongoing program reports to stakeholders
- Acquire and maintain data from primary and secondary sources throughout the implementation
- Identify, analyze, and interpret trends and patterns in complex data sets to inform program decisions
- Lead technical projects related to SAP / S4 HANA implementation and process improvements
- Conduct program meetings and produce comprehensive meeting minutes and status reports
- Work with management to prioritize business and information needs across the region
- Identify and drive new process improvement opportunities throughout the transformation
Required Experience / Skills-
Program & Project Management :
10+ years of experience in SAP ERP project / program management rolesProven experience managing multiple SAP ERP rollout projects, preferably SAP S / 4 HANADemonstrated ability to manage and deliver multiple priorities within constrained timelinesExperience working in decentralized organizations using virtual collaboration methodsTechnical SAP Expertise :
5-7 years hands-on experience with SAP implementationsStrong SAP S / 4 HANA expertise (critical requirement)Broad understanding of SAP ERP functional and technical aspects including processes, architecture, and developmentProgramming background with technical implementation experiencePower BI and SQL proficiency for data analysis and reportingBusiness Analysis & Documentation :
Proven ability to develop and produce business process flow diagramsExperience documenting existing business processes and translating them into technical requirementsStrong analytical skills with ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of informationExpertise in data management and data transfer activitiesAdept at queries, report writing, and presenting findingsCommunication & Leadership :
