Zepf Center has been serving the Lucas County community for 50 years. We are the leading provider of behavioral health and substance use disorder services in Northwest Ohio. Services include adult and child psychiatric, substance abuse, case management, residential, Crisis Care, and therapy programs, as well as career development and wellness services. Zepf Center also offers primary care medical services to our patients to contribute to their continuum of care. Zepf Center is a trauma-informed agency and environment for both patients and staff.

General Summary : The Physician Assistant (PA) in Zepf Center’s Primary Care Department provides comprehensive, patient-centered primary care services within an integrated healthcare setting. The PA will conduct health assessments, diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions, prescribe and monitor medications, and provide preventive and follow-up care for a diverse patient population across the lifespan. Working under a supervisory agreement with a collaborating physician, the PA delivers high-quality medical services while actively engaging in a multidisciplinary team approach to promote wellness, prevent illness, and ensure continuity of care. This position requires a proactive and compassionate provider who is dedicated to delivering integrated, whole-person care in alignment with Zepf Center’s mission and values.

Hours : Monday - Friday; 8 : 30am - 4 : 30pm

• Salary Range : $112K - $141K
