Director, Regional Business Leader - Insurance

We are seeking a growth-oriented business leader to drive new business and expand existing business in a defined region within our Insurance segment. This role is pivotal in driving strategic growth across insurance organizations, ensuring our ongoing leadership in the death, audit and location market. You'll collaborate with key external customers, internal stakeholders, ideate innovative solutions and shape opportunities that deliver lasting impact for our customers and our organization. This is a hunter role with a twist : you will lead a region and team responsible for ensuring satisfaction and growth of existing accounts, while identifying and landing new accounts to achieve company established total growth objectives for the region.

The base pay range for this role is $140,000 – $160,000 annually and incentive eligibility. Base pay is positioned within the range based on several factors including an individual's knowledge, skills, and experience, with consideration given to internal equity.

We give priority to candidates residing in states where we have offices : Minnesota, Iowa, Maryland, Nebraska, Pennsylvania, Ohio, and South Dakota.

We will only consider applicants who live in these states : CT, DC, DE, FL, GA, IA, IL, KY, MA, MD, MN, NE, NJ, OH, PA, SC, SD, TX, VA, and WI. Applicants outside of these states will not be considered for this position.
