IXL Learning, developer of personalized learning products used by millions of people globally, is seeking a remote Regional Sales Manager to join our sales leadership team for our California region. The ideal candidate understands the changing K-12 landscape and has experience in educational technology. We're looking for a creative manager with the ability to lead and inspire a sales team while handling IXL's rapid growth. In this role, you will have the exciting opportunity to help drive growth and shape the future of both the IXL and Rosetta Stone K-12 platforms.

This is a full-time remote position for candidates located in California.

What you'll be doing :

• Provide leadership to a highly skilled team of sales consultants
• Develop a keen understanding of K-12 customer needs and values
• Provide mentorship, guidance, and coaching throughout the sales process with your expert background in K-12 educational technology sales
• Track, forecast, budget, and monitor sales pipeline
• Meet sales goals on a consistent basis

What we're looking for :

Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The base salary range for this full-time position is $125,000 to $150,000 + bonus + benefits. Individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
