One of Florida’s leading builders and commercial focused GC are seeking an experienced Project Manager . Since its founding in 1960, the company has specialized in delivering high-quality public & private facilities, including schools, municipal projects, and commercial developments.
This role requires proven expertise in commercial construction , with a strong ability to lead complex projects from pre-construction through completion. The Project Manager will collaborate with project teams to plan, schedule, organize, and direct the construction of large-scale commercial, municipal, educational, and residential developments. This position plays a pivotal role in maintaining project efficiency and exceeding client expectations.
The Project Manager holds full responsibility for the financial and technical success of assigned projects. This includes project planning and scheduling, resource allocation, budgeting, quality assurance, and overall performance management. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong leadership and communication skills, ensuring every project meets the highest standards of safety, quality, and client satisfaction.
The ideal Project Manager will hold a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management and a minimum of 8-10 years of experience managing commercial construction projects. They will possess in-depth knowledge of construction processes, legal issues, and safety standards, ensuring all work is performed to the highest quality and compliance levels. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Primavera, and other construction management software is essential for effective planning and reporting.
