Salary : $25- $35 Hourly

Position : Reclamation Operator

Department : Seeding

Reports to : Manager

Operating reclamation equipment, including tractors, seeding implements, and hydroseeders.

Install seeding BMPs in accordance with DTECs quality and output standards while meeting the client

expectations and municipality requirements. Successful operators will be the example for quality, safety, and

output as well as modeling DTECs values. Act as field ambassador to the public.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities :

• Has knowledge and ability to install various seeding products (tractor seeding, skid seeding, hydro

seeding, amendments).
