Job Description

The company seeks a Project Manager to report directly to senior management in Midland, TX. The role involves providing project updates, managing project timelines, and communicating with senior executives. The ideal candidate will be proactive, analytical, and goal-oriented, capable of motivating landmen to work efficiently.

Essential Responsibilities

• Facilitate a motivating environment by providing training and increasing visibility in the community / industry.
• Identify potential business leads and develop strategies for acquiring new clients with Land Managers.
• Manage client accounts, ensuring high customer satisfaction and securing additional work orders.
• Follow all company policies outlined in the Employee Handbook.
• Develop strategies to meet client objectives, including negotiating contractual agreements.
• Market the company's services to prospective clients.
