Gastro Health is seeking dedicated Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) to support our mission of delivering high-quality, patient-centered anesthesia care at our newest endoscopy centers in Fremont (Seattle), Kirkland, and Edmonds, Washington. Full-Time Compensation Package Mon-Fri - 4-day shift schedule - approximately 7AM-4PM - No call / No nights / No weekends Annual base salary : $270k Extra Shifts : Paid at $1,700 per shift (guaranteed). Opportunities : Frequent availability for extra shifts and bonus pay Cigna health insurance and optional dental / vision / life, etc. Optional HSA / HRA employer contributions and flexible spending accounts $1,500 CME allowance 3 CME days 4-day workweek 28 days of paid time off Paid holidays 401(k) retirement plans Annual profit-sharing contribution to 401(k) (3% of annual salary) Role Requirements Graduate of an accredited Nurse Anesthesia program (master’s or doctoral level). Current and unencumbered RN and ARNP licenses in the State of Washington (or eligibility to obtain prior to start date). National certification as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) by the NBCRNA . Current BLS and ACLS certification (PALS preferred). Minimum of 1 year of anesthesia experience in a hospital or ASC setting preferred (new graduates welcome to apply if eligible for certification). DEA registration (or eligibility to obtain) for anesthesia-related medications. Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team and exercise independent clinical judgment consistent with Washington State CRNA scope of practice.
