Job Title : HR Generalist
Work Hours : 7 : 00am to 4 : 00pm, Monday through Friday
Pay Range : Depends on experience

Position Summary :
The HR Generalist plays a key role in supporting Hamstra Heating and Cooling's workforce by managing and overseeing various human resources functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance in a one-person HR department setting. The position includes the integration of risk and safety management. This position ensures that HR policies and practices align with company values and support a positive workplace culture. The HR Generalist will work closely with leadership and employees to foster engagement, enhance retention, and maintain compliance with employment laws and regulations.
Requirements :
3+ years of HR experience, preferably in a generalist roleCertifications - SHRM-CP or HRCI-PHRExperience in a one-person department settingPreferred Qualifications :
