Job Description :
- Should have excellent communication skills and be able to follow end to end working with source and target teams for issue resolution.
- Diagnosis and resolution of Incidents caused by breaks in existing functional configuration, existing custom development.
- Incident management, Service Request fulfilment
- Creating knowledge articles and SOPs for incident resolution and for routine maintenance tasks
- Monitor AWS services deployed in production & non production environment.
- Analysis and estimation for minor enhancement and preliminary investigation of requirements
- Handle minor bug fixes, Change Requests & all enhancements which require
Skill set : low-code AWS App Integration / Serverless components (AWS Lambda, Step functions, Event Bridge),
Shift timings : Regular business hours during weekdays and on call support during weekends
