Key Responsibilities
Sell commercial roofing services to business owners and property managers
Inspect and assess roofs for storm-related damage and restoration needs
Engage leads through cold calling, referrals, and marketing efforts
Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations and proposals
Create and manage estimates and scopes of work
Meet with insurance adjusters to agree on claim size and repair scope
Maintain long-term client satisfaction through responsive service and integrity
Track leads, progress, and sales activities using CRM systems
Stay informed on industry trends and best practices
Participate in team sales meetings, both in-person and online
Qualifications
1+ years of proven sales success in roofing, construction, or B2B sales (preferred)
Strong lead generation and closing skills
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities
Self-starter with a strong work ethic and high accountability
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving capabilities
Valid drivers license and clean driving record (required)
Willingness to travel for work-related activities
