Tech Analyst (ServiceNow)

A company is looking for a Tech Analyst (ServiceNow) to work remotely in support of a government contract.

Key Responsibilities

Provide ServiceNow platform administration and development

Maintain and enhance ServiceNow functionality for stability and usability

Support ServiceNow tool integrations and manage user access and workflow automation

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field

ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and / or Certified Application Developer (CAD) credential

Experience with ITIL or IT Service Management principles

Proficiency in JavaScript, GlideScript, and Flow Designer for ServiceNow
