Utilize virtual data rooms for document management and analysis

Required Qualifications

3-5 years of experience in Corporate Governance and Corporate Formation

Experience with mergers and acquisitions

Must be barred and in good standing with at least one US jurisdiction

Familiarity with virtual data rooms

Availability for a full-time remote position for at least 1 month
