Responsibilities :

• Lead the end-to-end design process, from conceptualization to delivery, ensuring the highest level of quality and user satisfaction.
• Partner with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to define product requirements and translate them into intuitive, elegant design solutions.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to inform and validate design decisions.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to effectively communicate design concepts and interactions.
• Advocate for user-centered design principles and best practices throughout the organization, fostering a culture of design excellence.
• Mentor junior designers, providing guidance and support to foster their growth and development.
• Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and design tools to continuously improve our design processes and deliverables.

Requirements :

Salary Expectations : $130-160k

Location : Hybrid / Greater Washington DC Area

The Senior Product Designer can expect to work full-time hours, with a blended schedule of onsite / remote work days.
