Indiana Licensed Admission Nurse

A company is looking for an Admission & Discharge Registered Nurse.

Key Responsibilities

Complete initial evaluations and initiate patient care plans

Collaborate with teams to ensure timely patient admissions and discharges

Coordinate care with other agencies and ensure regulatory compliance

Required Qualifications

State of Indiana or multistate RN license

Graduate of an accredited nursing school; BSN preferred

Home care experience preferred

Experience with medically fragile clients

Ability to exercise initiative and independent judgment
