Care Team Leader

We are seeking a licensed Registered Nurse to assume leadership roles while building excellent relationships and delivering exceptional care to our residents.

The Director of Health and Wellness will oversee daily operations, staff development, and management team guidance.

They will work directly with residents to evaluate needs and services, accurately assess, communicate, and document resident status on the electronic care system.

The Director must have strong leadership skills in developing effective teams, love for seniors, current RN license, experience in Assisted Living, Geriatric Nursing, Gerontology, and / or Dementia Care, demonstrated ability in resource allocation, knowledge of service plans, medication management systems, infection control practices, and safety procedures, and skills in promoting teamwork, leadership, team member empowerment, and responsiveness to residents.

• Oversight and responsibility for the daily operations of assisted living and memory care departments
• Staff recruitment, training, and development
• Leadership and direction to the management team
