We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee Audio-Visual (AV) projects within commercial construction environments. This role requires a strong foundation in project management and a working knowledge of AV systems such as displays, control systems, conferencing equipment, and structured cabling. You’ll be responsible for managing AV scopes from project inception through commissioning and client handoff, ensuring seamless integration into large construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage AV construction projects from pre-construction through closeout.
• Coordinate with general contractors, AV engineers, and subcontractors.
• Review and interpret AV system drawings, blueprints, and construction plans.
• Maintain and track project schedules, budgets, materials, and change orders.
• Conduct regular site visits and inspections to ensure quality and progress.
• Lead client meetings and status updates, ensuring stakeholder alignment.
• Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning of AV systems.
