National Firm Looking for a Litigation Attorney to join our Las Vegas Team!

Work in our litigation practice groups, such as business litigation, employment, appellate, general liability, construction defect, and more.
Opportunity for junior associates to work in our different litigation practice groups to find their niche and mid-level associates moving into dedicated practice groups.

Flexible PTO.

Leadership positions are open to all attorneys in every office.

Billable hours requirement of 1800, with an hours-based bonus program for up to $40,000 for attorneys that bill more hours ($2,500 for every 25 hours above 1800 up to 2200 hours and $40,000).

Realistic partnership and equity partnership track. All KF attorneys are eligible for partnership, both equity and non-equity, and promotion is based on your ability to do great work and fit our culture, and not on business development.

REQUIREMENTS

At least 1 year of experience

Strong academic record and cultural fit.

Excellent references and a record of job stability.

Member of the Nevada bar in good standing.

Relevant experience preferred but not required.

KF offers competitive base compensation from $115,000 - $175,000 for 1800 hours plus up to $40,000 in additional guaranteed bonus based off of hours billed.
