Caregiver - Sand Lake

CarePlus TLC is seeking a dedicated, compassionate, CNA / Home Health Aid with a passion for serving others to join our team!

Client is located in Sand Lake, Mi 49343

Available shifts are Sunday - Saturday, 8am-8pm, 8pm-8am. You can work 24-36 hours a week. Pay rate is $19hr. - This is a temporary position with no time frame on how long it would be for.

Responsibilities :

• Monitor patient's condition and report changes / concerns to appropriate medical professionals and family members
• Provide Activities of Daily Living care as outlined in the Care Plan-bathing, dressing, feeding, etc.
• Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean-living space for clients.
• Understands First Aid and Emergency Care protocols
• Complete electronic documentation while on shift
• Medication reminders
