We’re looking for motivated Automotive Sales Associates / Product Specialists to join our team. If you’re energetic, customer-focused, and driven to succeed, this is your chance to launch or grow your career in automotive sales . Prior auto sales experience is a plus, but not required—we provide professional sales training to help you succeed.

What We Offer

Competitive pay plan : $3,500 to $16,000+ per month (base + commission, up to $8,000 in unit bonuses, and incentives)

Responsibilities

Greet and assist customers, creating a welcoming and professional dealership experience

Help customers find the right new Hyundai or pre-owned vehicle by asking questions and listening to their needs

Present and demonstrate product features, technology, and performance benefits

Guide customers through the entire car buying process —test drives, financing options, trade-ins, and closing deals

Build long-term customer relationships to generate repeat and referral business

Collaborate with Sales Managers and team members to achieve monthly sales goals

Stay up to date on Hyundai product knowledge, promotions, and industry trends

Qualifications

Previous experience in automotive sales, customer service, retail, or hospitality preferred but not required

High energy, enthusiasm, and a competitive spirit

Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills

Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends

Professional appearance and a positive, team-first attitude

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening
