Automotive Service Advisor – Be the Voice and Heart of the Shop

5+ Years of Independent Experience

Monday - Friday (NO Weekends)

Base pay PLUS COMMISSIONS!!! Earn well over $80k+ annually!!!

This well-established, locally trusted auto repair business has been keeping drivers happy (and their vehicles healthy) since 2010. With two thriving locations in Southwest Washington, the team is known for quality repairs, great communication, and an atmosphere that feels more like family than corporate chaos.

Both shops are clean, organized, and well-equipped with modern technology. The team runs Monday through Friday—no weekends—so you can actually have a life outside of work.

The Role

We're looking for an energetic and customer-focused Automotive Service Advisor who loves helping people and knows their way around a repair order. The right person will be the bridge between our customers and our techs—keeping things running smoothly, communicating clearly, and making sure every customer leaves feeling confident in their experience.

What You'll Be Doing

Greet customers and help them feel welcome from the first handshake to the final pickup.

Communicate clearly about needed repairs, timelines, and estimates.

Write service orders, manage workflow, and keep the shop floor organized.

Work with technicians to prioritize jobs and ensure every repair is done right the first time.

Use digital tools (Protractor SMS, AutoVitals DVI / CRM) to manage customer communication and repair status updates.

Stay on top of parts orders, warranty claims, and follow-ups.

Help customers understand their vehicle needs without ever being “pushy.”

What You'll Get

Pay : Base plus commission! Earnings are unlimited, sell more = EARN MORE $!!!!!

Training Pay : Guaranteed for your first 30 days while you get up to speed.

Schedule : Monday through Friday, 8 : 00 a.m. – 5 : 00 p.m. (weekends off).

Tools : You'll work with some of the best systems in the business—AutoVitals, Protractor, and more.

5+ years of experience as a Service Advisor (independent shop experience highly preferred).

Strong communication and organizational skills.

A customer-first attitude—friendly, honest, and solution-oriented.

Someone who thrives in a team environment but can also handle their own workflow.

Tech-savvy and comfortable using shop management software.
