A company is looking for a Benefits Navigator I, ROPS (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Provide telephonic patient education regarding insurance options and financial assistance
Act as a liaison between patients and various teams to resolve insurance-related issues
Participate in team meetings and assist with onboarding and training of new teammates
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
High School Diploma
Minimum of two years' experience in customer service or related field preferred
Intermediate computer skills, including proficiency in MS Word and Outlook
Understanding of insurance plans and benefits preferred
Fluency in Spanish preferred
