Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Pharmacist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
We are seeking an experienced Critical Care Pharmacist for a full-time, daytime position in Tulsa, Oklahoma. This role is ideal for a clinical professional who thrives in a high-acuity hospital environment and is passionate about advancing patient care through collaboration, expertise, and innovation.
Position Highlights :
Provide safe, effective, and timely medication therapy in critical care and other inpatient settings.
Deliver patient-centered care in a decentralized pharmacy model, working closely with physicians, nurses, and the broader care team.
Contribute to both centralized and decentralized medication-use systems to ensure optimal outcomes.
Utilize advanced technology and evidence-based practice to support safe, accurate treatment.
Requirements :
PharmD or BS in Pharmacy from an ACPE-accredited program.
Active Oklahoma Pharmacist license in good standing.
Clinical pharmacy experience in a hospital setting.
Completion of PGY-1 and PGY-2 residency training (or equivalent combination of residency and clinical experience).
Board of Pharmacy Specialties (BPS) certification or eligibility within 1 year.
BLS and ACLS certification.
Strong skills in sterile compounding and familiarity with EMR systems.
