📍 Location : Downtown Houston | 👥 Lead a Team of 2 Tax Accountants

Our client, a fast growing, privately held company in downtown Houston is looking for a  Tax Manager  with  5+ years of experience  and a  CPA  to lead their tax operations across North America.

🔍  What You’ll Do :

• Oversee tax compliance in the U.S. & Canada to include indirect tax (sales & Use, property, etc.)
• Lead tax planning, reporting, and provision prep
• Advise on M& A, transfer pricing, and cross-border strategy
• Manage tax audits, filings, and payroll tax processes
• Collaborate with external consultants and internal teams
• Prepare tax provisions for financial reporting
• Stay ahead of regulatory changes and tech tools
