Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Construction Foreman to lead marine construction projects from start to finish. This role combines hands-on fieldwork with project management responsibilities, offering a dynamic opportunity to oversee impactful infrastructure projects in a coastal environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise marine construction crews on-site.
• Manage all phases of marine construction, including pile driving, dredging, and dock building.
• Coordinate material procurement and delivery to maintain project schedules.
• Maintain accurate daily logs, records, and reports.
• Develop and manage project budgets in collaboration with the Director of Operations.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and quality control throughout the project lifecycle.

Pay and Benefits
