Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Construction Foreman to lead marine construction projects from start to finish. This role combines hands-on fieldwork with project management responsibilities, offering a dynamic opportunity to oversee impactful infrastructure projects in a coastal environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise marine construction crews on-site.
- Manage all phases of marine construction, including pile driving, dredging, and dock building.
- Coordinate material procurement and delivery to maintain project schedules.
- Maintain accurate daily logs, records, and reports.
- Develop and manage project budgets in collaboration with the Director of Operations.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and quality control throughout the project lifecycle.
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in marine construction.Proven leadership and team management skills.Strong knowledge of marine construction techniques and equipment.Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.Preferred Skills

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $40.00 / hr.
