A company is looking for an Operations Coordinator to support the Strategy & Operations team with various operational tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct regular audits of training programs and maintain accurate catalog information
Organize and prepare internal documents while providing general administrative support
Assist with special projects and participate in User Acceptance Testing
Qualifications
2 - 5 years of experience in operations, data entry, program support, or related fields
Comfort with online research and communication with external partners
Ability to work independently while knowing when to seek guidance
Experience with Airtable, Google Workspace, and data management is a plus
Preference for candidates in the PST or MST time zones
