Key Responsibilities
Own and evolve core leadership development programs, including onboarding and senior leader development
Support enterprise talent management processes such as performance reviews and succession planning
Manage program operations and collaborate with various stakeholders to enhance program quality
Required Qualifications
8+ years of experience in learning & development or talent management
Experience managing enterprise-level programs with multiple stakeholders
Strong project management and organizational skills
Experience facilitating group discussions and development experiences
Experience managing leadership development programs or people directly
