Primary Responsibilities and Duties

• Partner with Compass customers to understand their products and provide clear advice on the regulatory requirements and timelines to commercialize their products
• Develop registration strategies in line with client commercial objectives including identification of potential regulatory hurdles and mitigation strategies
• Obtain EPA and State registrations of pesticides and / or biopesticide products including development, preparation and submission of registration dossiers
• Manage regulatory studies conducted with 3rd party collaborators and ensure they are conducted in accordance with regulatory requirements and timeline
• Cultivate strong client relationships through timely communication and exceptional service
• Help expand Compass' client base; support product demos, introductory calls, networking at conferences
• Keep abreast of evolving regulatory landscape and proactively communicate potential impacts on Client authorizations
• Represent Compass in regulatory / industry associations and conferences
• Manage client regulatory activities in the Compass platform
• Develop product expertise and provide continual feedback to the engineering team to improve the products functionality and user interface
