Essential Duties and Accountabilities :
- Compile and Sort Cut Tickets : Collect and organize Cut Tickets for data entry purposes.
- Data Entry : Enter data from source documents into the prescribed computer database, files, and forms accurately.
- Accuracy Verification : Check completed work for accuracy and verify data correctness where necessary.
- Information Gathering : Obtain further information for incomplete documents to ensure data completeness.
- Safety and Quality Standards : Work according to the company’s safety and quality standards, ensuring all tasks are performed safely and meet quality requirements.
- Work Area Maintenance : Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area to promote a productive and safe working environment.
- Document Preparation : Prepare copies of documents to be faxed to offsite employees, ensuring all necessary information is communicated effectively.
- Marker and Mini Map Verification : Verify markers and mini maps from the DR (Design Room) for accuracy to ensure data integrity.
- Marker Downloading : Download DR markers as required, ensuring all data is up-to-date and accurate.
- Issue Communication : Communicate all issues to the DR marker room promptly to address any discrepancies or problems that arise.
Qualifications :
Education : High School Diploma or its equivalent is required.Language Skills : Ability to understand basic work and safety instructions in English. Must be able to read and write in English.Computer Skills : Good working knowledge of computers, including internet and email usage. Proficiency in MS Office 2010 or later, particularly Excel (able to create spreadsheets, graphics, and pivot tables), Word, and PowerPoint.Product Knowledge : Good knowledge of the requirements for the products being manufactured is preferred.Work Authorization : Must be authorized to work in the USA.Flexibility : Willingness to work a flexible schedule as needed.Physical Demands and Working Conditions :
Sitting : Requires sitting for a prolonged period of time.Movement : Requires moving from place to place within the office with minimal reaching above or below desk level.Handling Materials : Requires handling files, stacks of papers, reference materials, and other items, with occasional lifting of up to 25lbs.Dexterity and Coordination : Requires strength, dexterity, coordination, and vision to use a keyboard and video display terminal for prolonged periods.
