Job Summary :

Liberty Tire Recycling is looking for a Industrial Maintenance Technician. As a maintenance technician, you would be responsible for maintaining and repairing a variety of industrial equipment, including shredding machines, granulators, and bucket elevators. This role requires a proactive approach to equipment maintenance, ensuring that all machinery operates efficiently and safely.

Duties and Responsibilities :

• Conduct preventive maintenance on industrial equipment and other machinery to ensure optimal performance.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues on company's equipment.
• Inspect and repair manufacturing machines as required.
• Keep detailed records of maintenance and repair work.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Collaborate with other team members to improve equipment efficiency and reliability.
• Other duties as needed.

Skills and Abilities :

Proven experience as an Industrial technician, preferably in a recycling or manufacturing environment.

Strong electrical knowledge and experience with industrial electrical systems.

Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and manuals.

Certifications or technical training in mechanics and electrical systems is a plus

Education and Experience :

Prior experience in the tire recycling or manufacturing industry is a plus.

Compensation :

Between $28.00 and $30.00 depending on experience, paid bi-weekly
