Work Location

This is a full-time, onsite position based at our Bell, CA headquarters. The role will transition to our new Beverly Hills corporate office in Feb 2026.

Position Summary

The Packaging Designer will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and executing innovative, brand-right packaging solutions that elevate our products on the shelf and support business objectives. This role partners closely with Product Development, Sales, Marketing, and Operations to ensure packaging meets functional, aesthetic, and cost requirements while aligning with retailer specifications and sustainability goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Packaging Design & Development : Create compelling, on-brand packaging for apparel, accessories, home, and pet products from concept to final production.
• Develop dielines, mockups, and 3D renderings to clearly communicate design intent.
• Ensure packaging designs meet functional requirements, sustainability standards, and cost targets.
• Brand Alignment & Consistency : Maintain consistency with brand guidelines across multiple product categories.
• Collaborate with Marketing to ensure packaging supports product storytelling and drives consumer engagement.
• Production Execution : Partner with sourcing teams, vendors, and printers to ensure print accuracy, color fidelity, and material quality.
• Review and approve pre-production samples, proofs, and press checks to ensure design intent is met.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work with Product Development, Sales, and Operations to ensure packaging meets timelines and retailer requirements.
• Manage multiple packaging projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

We offer competitive benefits and are dedicated to equal pay for equal work. Specific salary offers depend on each candidate’s qualifications and experience. FAM Brands also offers all employees participation in our annual bonus program (Non-Sales) or commission program (Sales).

Compensation Range

$85,000 - $90,000 USD
