Responsibilities :

- Utilizes nursing processes, including assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation, to deliver exceptional care to assigned patients.
- Addressees the intricate psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs of patients and their families.
- Administers medications and treatments as per protocols while monitoring for efficacy and potential side effects.
- Keeps thorough documentation of patient histories, symptoms, medications, and care provided.
- Identifies educational needs of patients and their families, providing necessary resources and support.
Job Requirements :
Education : Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing preferred.Experience : Minimum of 1 year in a related nursing specialty preferred.Licenses & Certifications : BLS and RN License in the state of employment or compact required; ACLS certification is mandatory.Position Requirements :
All new hires must attend New Nurses Orientation within 30 days and will be precepted by experienced staff.Completion of all annual competency verifications required.New graduates and RNs new to the specialty may complete a residency program for transition support.Credential Grace Periods :
Grace periods for obtaining certifications are applied based on experience, ensuring necessary qualifications align with job responsibilities.
