Pay : $70,000 - $90,000

About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Production Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure efficient, high-quality production. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a solid understanding of manufacturing processes, and the ability to manage resources effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and manage production schedules to meet deadlines.
• Supervise and coordinate production staff, ensuring optimal workflow.
• Monitor quality standards and implement corrective actions when needed.
• Maintain inventory of raw materials and coordinate with procurement.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Track production costs and identify opportunities for cost reduction.
• Communicate with other departments (logistics, sales, quality assurance) to ensure smooth operations.
