Home Health RN Lake Zurich, IL

Sunbelt Staffing is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for a Home Health contract in Lake Zurich, IL. This role is MondayFriday, full-time, with a standard caseload and mileage reimbursement.

Contract Details : 13 weeks

Monday Friday, 8 : 00 AM 5 : 00 PM (40 hours / week)

Caseload : 46 points per day

No weekends or call required

Requirements : Active IL RN license

BLS (AHA)

Minimum 1 year of recent Home Health RN experience

Proficiency with OASIS documentation

Experience with HomeCare HomeBase (HCHB), formerly PointCare
