Portico has a fabulous opportunity for an experienced MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN for our apartment community The Village at Waxahachie in Waxahachie TX!

The successful candidate should have the following requirements :

• 1-3 years general maintenance experience
• EPA certification
• A customer-focused attitude and be a supportive team player
• Theability to troubleshoot and repair HVAC equipment plumbing systems electrical systems major appliances pool and spa equipment and other systems in operation at the community
