Part-Time Mall Security Supervisor

Location : Auburn, MA

Schedule : Thursday-Saturday 3pm-11pm

Pay : $18.77 per hour

About the Role :

Were seeking a reliable and professional Part-Time Security Supervisor to support daily operations in a retail environment. In this role, youll assist in leading the on-site security team, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for shoppers, tenants, and staff. Youll report directly to the Security Manager and serve as a key point of contact for officers during your shift.

Responsibilities :

Supervise and support security officers during assigned shifts

Conduct patrols and ensure coverage of all posts

Respond to incidents, emergencies, and tenant concerns promptly and professionally

Monitor CCTV and access control systems as needed

Assist with training, scheduling, and performance feedback

Complete incident and activity reports accurately and on time

Maintain strong communication with the Security Manager and mall management

Qualifications :

Prior supervisory or lead experience in security or customer service preferred

Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills

Ability to work independently and make decisions under pressure

Must be able to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods
