JOB SUMMARY : Under general supervision the TRIO Academic Advisor is responsible for providing comprehensive academic, career, personal, and financial advising services to a caseload of program participants. This position plays a critical role in supporting first-generation and low-income students by fostering a college-going culture, promoting postsecondary access, and ensuring successful student outcomes. The advisor will work closely with students, parents, school personnel, and community partners to deliver individualized support and group-based programming.
