Christian Family Care is seeking a Family Finder Specialist to join our Youth Permanency team and be a beacon of hope for children in foster care.

What You'll Do :

As a Family Finder Specialist, you'll be at the heart of our mission-working alongside Youth Advocates to uncover meaningful connections in a child's life and explore pathways to permanency. Your role will include :

• Family Finding & Recruitment (70%)

Use innovative tools and national databases to identify potential adoptive families, mentors, and extended support networks.

Evaluate and enhance electronic case management systems (extendedReach).
