Dentist opportunities in Houlton and Ashland, Maine - Located in Houlton and Ashland, ME - Full-time, permanent position- Employed Benefits : - 401(k)- Dental insurance- Employee discount- Health insurance- Health savings account- Life insurance- Paid time off- Parental leave- Tuition reimbursement- Vision insurance Schedule : -10 hour shift- 8 hour shift- Monday to Friday Duties include : - Take impressions of the tooth, teeth, and jaws or perform any phase of any operation incident to the replacement of a part of a tooth; or supply artificial substitutes for the natural teeth- Construct, reproduce or repair any prosthetic denture, bridge, appliance or any other structure to be worn in the mouth with written prescriptions as a duly licensed and registered dentist; and place such appliance (s) or structure (s) in the mouth, or adjust or attempt to adjust the same, or deliver the same- Furnish, supply, construct, reproduce or repair prosthetic dentures, dentures, bridges, prescribe for or treat disease, deformity, efficiency, injury or physical conditions of the teeth or jaw or adjacent structures- Extract or attempt to extract teeth, or correct or attempt to correct malformations of teeth or of the jaw- Repair or fill cavities in the teeth- Diagnose, make and adjust appliances to artificial casts or malposed teeth for treatment of the malposed teeth in the mouth, with or without instruction as he deems necessary- Use Digital or X-ray machine for the purpose of taking dental X-rays and give interpretations or readings of dental X-rays- Perform dental operations or render a diagnosis connected therewith- 80% of the Health Insurance Premium and 50% of Dependent coverage. - Dental Insurance for employee and Dependents- Accrued 3 weeks of Paid Vacation year one and accrued 4 weeks of paid vacation each year after- Accrued up to 24 hours of Paid Time Off (PTO) and up to 40 hours of earned paid leave year one and accrued up to 88 combined hours of PTO and earned paid leave annually thereafter.- In addition to Vacation and PTO time, $2500 and up to one week of toward CME- Short term and Long term disability at no cost to employee- Life Insurance Benefit at two times your annual salary at no cost to the employee with $300K cap, - 10 Paid (8 hour) Holidays Annually - 401k plan available after one year of service, Center matches a total of 4% of your contribution
