Job descriptionAbility to develop rapport with company and client management and maintain strong working relationships, while successfully managing customer expectations. Record of maintaining high-quality standards for the organization. Manage time effectively to meet deadlines, using work plans to prioritize competing, but interdependent tasks. Self-starter who takes initiative, with the ability to prioritize and handle responsibilities with minimal guidance. Competency with MS Office Suite of products and an adequate comfort level with internet based data systems. Experience with Direct Route / Appian would be a plus.
Load Planner
Styline Logistics, a division of OFS, is seeking a Load Planner, who can prepare daily outbound load plans. This position requires coordination of pick-up and delivery arrangements while maintaining high service levels to customers. This person will need to be comfortable working in a fast paced, ever-changing environment.
Duties and Responsibilities :
- Prepare and execute daily load plans.
- Coordinate inbound requirements with outbound load plans.
- Maintain load efficiency while meeting customer expectations.
- Maintain timely and accurate communications.
