Job Title : Application Analyst (Oncology)

Overview :
We are seeking an experienced Apps Analyst with a strong background in Healthcare IT and Oncology workflows. The ideal candidate will support, maintain, and upgrade legacy Oncology applications, ensuring seamless integration and operational continuity in a clinical environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Support, maintain, and upgrade legacy Oncology applications within a healthcare environment.
- Collaborate with clinicians, physicists, and vendors to ensure system continuity during upgrades.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute upgrades for servers, virtual machines, and workstations.
- Perform integration testing with EMR & HL7 interfaces.
- Conduct system validation and regression testing to ensure upgrades meet functional and performance standards.
- Provide Level 2 / 3 support during go-live and hypercare phases.
- Monitor and troubleshoot post-upgrade issues to ensure operational continuity.
- Required Skills & Experience :
- Strong understanding of clinical Oncology workflows.
- Hands-on experience with Oncology-specific applications such as :
- Insightive, BrainLab, Doc3EHR, Mobius 3D, MUCheck, PipsPro, RadCalc, Elekta Oncentra Brachy, Elekta Teleport, MIM Maestro, Progeny Clinical, ClearCheck.
- Experience with Procedure Code Libraries and treatment planning systems.
- Familiarity with Aria and Mosaiq and their integration with Oncology applications.
- Good understanding of servers, including physical, virtual, and Citrix environments.
- Strong knowledge of technical server functionality, troubleshooting, and diagnosing issues with HL7 interfaces.
- Ability to collaborate with AT, vendor, and clinical stakeholders to coordinate upgrade schedules and testing.
