Job Description

Avery Dennison is seeking an Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) Manager to join the MGNA Business at our Painesville, OH Building 3 site. In this role, you will participate on the Plant Leadership Team and report to the Operations Manager. If you are a motivated individual that enjoys driving safety culture and engaging employees at all levels, and on all shifts to improve safety performance and drive a zero injury culture - this job is for you! You will be responsible for coordinating and controlling the EHS functions of the site to ensure that an effective incident prevention program is maintained. We will look to you in order to develop, implement, and integrate Company EHS programs, standards, training, and facility specific procedures that ensure compliance with regulatory and Company policies.

The salary range for this position is $100,650 - $125,601 / year. The hiring base salary range above represents what Avery Dennison reasonably expects to pay for this position as of the date of this posting. Actual salaries will vary within the range, and in some circumstances may be above or below the range, based on various factors including but not limited to a candidate's relevant skills, experience, education and training, and location, as well as the job scope and complexity, responsibilities, and regular and / or necessary travel required for the position, which may change depending on the candidate pool.
