Join our team as a Senior Electrician and take ownership of maintaining, troubleshooting, and improving production equipment and systems in our Danbury facility. This role works with minimal supervision to design, install, maintain, and modify electrical and control systems, supporting both Engineering and Operations teams.

Salary : $85K-110K / Year (based on experience)

What You’ll Do :

Install, maintain, repair, and modify production instrumentation, electrical wiring, control equipment, and auxiliary systems.

Troubleshoot complex electrical and control systems including ATS, PLCs, VFDs, motor starters, communication networks, and electromechanical systems.

Support equipment design, testing, prototyping, and process improvement projects.

Use schematics, redline drawings, and calibration tools to ensure optimal system performance.

Install wiring in classified (C1 D2) and general duty areas; perform electrical conduit work and component installation.

Maintain inventory of parts, order materials, and ensure proper equipment care and safety compliance.

Collaborate with Engineering and Operations on equipment planning, installation, and process enhancements.

Operate machine tools for fabrication as needed.

What You Bring :

High School Diploma / GED required; 10+ years of directly related experience. E2 electrical license preferred.

Technical certifications or degrees in Instrumentation or Control Systems may substitute for experience.

Proficiency with NEC and NFPA 70 codes, hazardous location requirements, HVAC systems, and electrical / conduit installation.

Strong troubleshooting, repair, and modification skills for electrical and electromechanical systems.

Ability to read schematics, follow technical manuals, write technical reports, and work independently.

Familiarity with Lock Out / Tag Out and Hot Work procedures.
