District Manager

Automotive Management Opportunity

Group of five busy automotive repair shops within CT with the strong possibility of more shops being added on in the near future. The right candidate will have a strong entrepreneurial mentality and will be tasked with finding the Manager / Face of the locations they oversee. Candidate will be directly interacting with customers as well as coaching and leading their direct reports and teams. Management experience in the automotive industry a plus but willing to train the right candidate. A proven track record of increasing sales is a must for this position. Deep understanding of accountability in the workplace and leading from the front is a must. Candidate will need to be a self-starter who takes responsibility for their locations and drives results. A strong background in sales and customer service will translate well. Automotive management experience strongly recommended but not required.

Pay : Year 1 earning potential : $135,000 - $175,000 base salary with commission and bonus.

Performance based pay scale.

Schedule : 5 day work week Saturdays are a requirement Some holidays required.

Benefits : Healthcare with employer contribution 401k with employer match Vacation.

Compensation : $120,000.00 - $175,000.00 per year.
