About the Position : This role requires in-person work based in Austin, Dallas, or Houston, Texas, and reports to the Senior Operations Manager.

Responsibilities :

Assisting with live stenographic Prevail depositions / sessions, which include :

• Recording on Prevail platform
• Deposition Read on / Swearing in Witness
• Marking and maintaining Exhibits
• Monitoring and managing the session
• Assisting any sessions with technical / administrative needs

Compensation Range :

The pay range for this hourly position is $20-$25 / hr; however, the pay offered may vary depending on location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
