ServiceNow Technical Architect (ITSM Modules, ITOM, HRSD, ITAM, SPM, Other Modules)
Salary Range : $100,000.00 / yr - $135,000.00 / yr
Experience : 8 - 14 years of experience
Responsibilities and Qualifications
- Experienced in ITIL Process Definition, Integration Solutions, Architecture level configurations
- Develop architectural blueprints, standards, and best practices
- Align ServiceNow architecture with enterprise IT strategy and digital transformation goals
- Experience leading Implementation projects in ITXM area and non ITXM areas
- ServiceNow custom application design and development expertise
- Expertise in ServiceNow deployments, integration with third‑party tools, orchestration, operational activities
- Project Management expertise and merging multiple instances
- Experience on ITSM migration / consolidations
- Provide guidance and mentorship to developers and implementation teams
- Ensure adherence to architectural standards and coding best practices
- Lead technical design sessions and code reviews
- Strong work experience on Support, Maintenance, Migration, Upgrades, Integrations, and Implementations projects
- Mentor and share technical knowledge / guidance to team
- Design technical solutions based on customer requirements and translate to functional requirements
- Review requirements to ensure sufficient detail for accurate estimation
- Deep ITIL process knowledge with ability to evaluate and connect requirements to ITIL / industry standards
- Maintain and review license data in ServiceNow; proactively report on compliance slippage
- Must hold certifications : ServiceNow Systems Administrator, ServiceNow Implementation Specialist, ITIL V3 Foundation
