A client of Innova Solutions is hiring a Project Coordinator .

Position type : Full time - Contract

Duration : 3+ Months

Location : San Francisco, CA

As a Project Coordinator , you will :

• Provide logistical and administrative support across multiple project workstreams.
• Maintain shared resources such as trackers, calendars, and collaboration sites to ensure information is current and accessible.
• Coordinate team meetings, including scheduling, preparing agendas, and documenting outcomes.
• Support vendor coordination, contracts, and other project documentation as needed.
• Assist with conference and event planning, including reservations and team communications.
