Job Title : - OpenText SME

Job Location : - Warren NJ (Hybrid)

Long Term Contract

TECHNICAL QUALIFICATIONS

Experience in P&C 3 years working on Open text and 10 years experience in Document management with last 5 years on Open Text ECM.
Manage end to end set up and experience in migrating legacy, SharePoint and other systems to OT, expereince in cloud native OT ECM.
Mange team and experience in minimum two E2E deployments. With minimum one in P&C client.

Candidate has excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain positive working relationships across the organization.

Candidate has proficient time management skills to prioritize workload and meet project deadlines.

Able to think creatively to propose innovative solutions to complex integration challenges.

Candidate has strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality in all aspects of the development process.

Possess flexibility skills to adapt to changing technologies.

Possess the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.

Able to work collaboratively in a team environment as well as independently with minimal supervision.

Candidate has excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
